Before you leave DECC, make sure you check-out the SMOKE: A geometric sculpture which was designed in 1967 by American artist Tony Smith. Its impact was so successful it made the cover of TIME magazine the same year. This piece of art was installed at DECC by Qatar Museums Authority.
